We are looking for a true team player to strengthen our Corporate/M&A practice.
You will be involved in all aspects of corporate transactions (ranging from due diligence, to drafting and negotiating agreements, to post-closing follow-up) and you will help support our clients, both domestic and international, with all aspects of corporate legal advice.
